Gong Ceremony

An hour and a half of deep relaxation created by a gong soundscape offered by Alison Russell a qualified Gong Practitioner from the College of Sound Healing.  The vibrational sound frequencies invite the body to be brought back into balance on a physical, mental and soul level. Played with intention this session offers a gentle deep dive and the potential for healing.  Nothing to do – just lie down – be comfortable and let the gong waves wash over and through you.

Please note gongs are not recommended for the first trimester of pregnancy, for those with sound sensitive conditions such as tinnitus, if you have an implant or pacemaker fitted or if you have recently had an operation,  Please get in touch with Alison if you have any questions.
