About The Event

The practice of pranayama aims to connect the body and mind through deep breathing exercises, which can help calm the mind, enhance mental focus, and promote overall well-being.


Who is taking the session: Janet Dacre


What do I need: Please wear loose, comfortable and layered clothing with the facility to remove socks and shoes. A yoga mat or large towel to lie on is recommended and a cushion for support and comfort when lying or sitting down. Please bring a blanket for the end of the session.
