Comedy returns to the Great Hall stage, and we've another fabulous line-up, on Saturday, 23 November:
Headliner – Matt Richardson
Matt is probably best known from his time co-hosting ITV2 XFactor spinoff show ‘The Xtra Factor’ on ITV2, replacing Olly Murs. He was also a regular panellist and presenter on Channel 5's Big Brother spin-off show ‘Big Brother's Bit on the Side’ and a regular panellist on the ITV2 panel show ‘Viral Tap’. Since then he has co-presented ‘Celebrity Haunted Hotel Live’, ‘Celebrity Haunted Hotel: Do Not Disturb’, ‘Just Tattoo of Us: The Aftermath’, ‘Celebrity Haunted Mansion on UKTV's and ‘Celebrity Haunted Mansion: High Spirits’
In 2016, Richardson became the drive time presenter on the digital radio station Virgin Radio UK. In 2018 his show on Virgin was nominated for a Radio Academy Award for Funniest Show. In 2021 Matt was a contestant on the thirteenth series of ITVs ‘Dancing on Ice’, as a replacement for Rufus Hound who had been forced to withdraw from the competition and he has since presented the breakfast show on Jack FM, a radio station in Oxfordshire, where he replaced Iain Lee.
Matt is also a multi-award winning stand-up comedian and one of the most exciting names on the circuit currently – and has a local connection, growing up 4 miles down the road from the gig!

El Baldiniho, the comedic magician extraordinaire, weaves a spellbinding performance that leaves audiences enchanted and in stitches performing on TV, in comedy clubs, at festivals and at corporate events across the UK and beyond.
Recently seen on Britain’s Got Talent he can also be seen headlining family friendly comedy events at The Comedy Store, Up The Creek, and The Frog and Bucket.
El Baldiniho has captivated audiences around the world, leaving them in awe of his magical prowess and in fits of laughter with his quick-witted humour. But it’s not just his magical talent that sets him apart – it’s his ability to effortlessly entertain and engage with the crowd. He effortlessly brings the audience into his world, making them feel like old friends as he dazzles them with his tricks and jokes.
Support Act – Andy White
Andy White is an energetic, confident and silly Brummie who combines silly voices and a mad afro to devastating comic effect.
Andy has numerous media appearances, including the BBC New Comedy Awards on BBC Choice, Brand Spanking New on BBC Radio 7 and his winning performance on the Weakest Link comedian’s special.
His appearance on the BBC quiz show featured in his five star (* * * * * Three Weeks) Edinburgh show, ‘It Started With A Quiz’.

Compere – Sam See
Sam See is an award nominated stand-up comedian from Singapore, who recently moved to London.
He has headlined in over 25 different countries, garnered over millions of views online, and has crowd-surfed three times.
Sam's shows at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe has received the first Five-Star review for an act from South East Asia (On The Mic), and his recent show, “Government Approved Sex”, was on Fest Mag’s list of The Best of the Edinburgh Festivals. He has been UK Tour Support for Ed Byrne (IRE/UK) and Asia Tour Support for Jim Jefferies (AUS/US), Bert Kreischer (USA), & Kevin Bridges (SCO).
