About the Activity

Great for core strength, balance, posture and also for the mind. We start promptly at 7.15pm with a floor warm up. We then move on to barre work and then back to centre practice to give a whole body workout.

Great for beginners, or improvers, or for those who gave up as a child and would like to get back to Ballet!
Loose clothing and soft shoes recommended. £10 per class.
